Questions about wholesale prices
- Who can buy at wholesale prices?
- Anyone buying in quantity — workshops, contractors and companies. At checkout choose “Workshop / company” and enter the workshop or company name.
- How are wholesale prices calculated?
- Products with a wholesale price have quantity tiers, for example from 3 pieces and from 6 pieces. When the quantity of a product in your order reaches a tier, that tier's price per piece applies to the whole line. You see the price in the cart and at checkout before you confirm.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. Wholesale prices start at each product's first tier. One order can hold up to 300 pieces in total and 100 of one product; for larger quantities, contact us.
- How do I pay for a wholesale order?
- Cash on delivery, like every order on Osta Tools. We call you to confirm the order before it ships.
- How long does delivery take?
- We ship with Bosta to all 27 governorates: Greater Cairo and Sharqia in 1–2 working days, Alexandria, the Delta and the Canal in 2–3 working days, Upper Egypt in 3–5 working days and Red Sea, Sinai, Matrouh and New Valley in 4–7 working days.
